I love to learn and teach what I learn. Creating content in the field of marketing, career development and blockchain development is the game for me. I hope to always add value to you.

Successful people get tired too. But this is what they do.

For a while, I’ve not been consistent with my writing.

Does it mean I hate it, no?

I love it too but life just comes at is sometimes and we get tired.

Everyone gets tired.

Even champions get tired.

One difference between the tiredness of really successful people and those who’re not is that the successful ones have a system that guides them.

So it feels like they’re always on top of their game.

No, they are not.

So, you can create systems around you that will keep you inspired.

Systems that will make your work easier and easier daily.

Get books. Quotes. Inspirational songs. Things that inspire you and also create time for nothing.

That’s very important as well.

I hope it helps.

Be distracted: The new secret to gaining back your focus.

After church, one day, I was so worried about how distracting social media has made life tough for me.

It goes like this:

I wake up. I get my phone.

After a while, I get the silent noise of a chat. And I tell myself, let’s check it.

You know that fell right?

Your heart just tells you, hmmm… we will be here for the next two hours.

But your hands are like don’t worry. We will leave as soon as possible.

This leaves as soon as possible is coming up after you’ve spent an hour plus.

What a heck! You hold your head.

And guess what?

You’ve not checked the most important things for that day.

“Now what do I do, ?” you ask yourself.

Well, let’s check it now yourself lies again to you.

And boom! another dropping time goes off.

My dear, 🚫 it.

It’s time to get distracted so that you can be focused.

We cannot live without social media as it were.

Yes, that’s where we live. That’s its address.

Your Facebook page is becoming more important than the rent you’re paying for your physical shop.

And you know it.

So instead of shouting and crying and feeling bad, you know what I’ve decided to do?

I will create time to be distracted.

Period.

And it’s helped me.

So, I come online by 8 am. Still trying to stabilize it.

Stay till 9 am.

And then leave.

Wait until noon or so and do another distraction.

Why does it work?

It works because my head knows that it will on social media so that rush gets down.

Though in the beginning, it’s not easy. But as you try it out, you’ll see that your time becomes more productive and not wasted.

Can you try it?

Just be distracted.

How is this done.

I wrote this post on the 19 of September 2020. It was very weird.

But I love it.

It shows the journey of success and the journey of blogging.

They are the same.

Sometimes, you get tired.

You don’t want to do his same thing you use to love.

But that’s fine.

That’s why we need systems to help us.

Thanks to tech. It’s making it easier day by day.

Whenever you feel like stopping, please remember why you started.

I’m editing this by 20.10PM GMT +1 in my apartment and it is fun.

I won’t stop.

I’m too scared to start.

Starting is success.

The Gold in Being Fired.

We have another story of someone being fired and how he had to adjust his thinking and life instantly.Take a look at this:
“As a contractor in the IT department at a large oil and gas firm, I worked with a group of nine contractors. In January, we got notification that we needed to be reduced by 30 per cent and they were also outsourcing the work we did to another country.

I began looking for work immediately, and also put my house on the market in case I could not find work. My wife was at home with our two young children because of the high toll of daycare, both financially and mentally.

I have never gone more than two weeks in my life without work, but finding IT work in Calgary became close to impossible. After four months of beating the bushes and pulling every string I had at my disposal, I decided to look outside of Alberta and managed to drum up two interviews in Vancouver in May. I was offered both positions and took the most favourable.

In the interim, my house in Airdrie sold at a small loss after 45 days on the market.(Painful. Really, painful.)

The job I have now is contract as well, but I hope to turn it into something permanent. (Hmmm… Really?) I have many friends out of work, so I count myself lucky, but after 13 years in Alberta, where my kids were born and being raised, it was a very hard pill to swallow.”

Let’s not get too far:

Losing your job will make YOU HAVE SENSE INSTANTLY. Suddenly, you start thinking about your life afresh (another thing that does this is salary cut). And boy, you need it. You never did it because you always thought about how good and big that organization is.

Suddenly, you start thinking about your life afresh (another thing that does this is salary cut). And boy, you need it. You never did it because you always thought about how good and big that organization is.

Mind you, this is not about bad organizations. If I had an organization during this pandemic, I might definitely take same measure if need be.

Yes, I will.

See these lines in the stories:

“We had been sitting on eggshells for a year while being told by our managers that we were safe. The managers were the first to go.” (I’m just laughing myself here… lol)”

What about this?

“… I have many friends out of work, so I count myself lucky, but after 13 years in Alberta, where my kids were born and being raised, it was a very hard pill to swallow.”

Brother, It is a hard one.

Thus, losing that job might enable you to finally open your thinking faculty. Although, they’ve been there all the while. You perhaps have not been pushed to a point where you use it the way you are forced to use it now.

If you think I’m insulting you, you will not see the big picture. But if you calm down and look at what I’m saying, you will have a miracle in less than 3 months.

The question is:

  • Will you allow yourself think about you?
  • Will you think and not worry?

Will you allow wisdom talk with you now

  • ?

The book of Proverbs, from the Bible, says that wisdom is in the street shouting but lots of persons are not listening.

We’re jumping up and down. Receiving salary and staying cool under air-conditoned offices.

Are these things bad?

Again, no. They’re good. But like me, don’t allow laying off or absence of salary open your sense.

You can stop crying now. And begin to get the insight this circumstance will teach you. If you don’t have a diary where you write your thoughts, this is the best time to have one.

If you don’t have a diary where you write your thoughts, this is the best time to have one.

I’ve been in shambles so I know what it feels like.

Ideas will be coming to you now. Write them down.

The aim of this material is to get you mad enough, positively, to look in the right direction and begin to act and own your life again.

Truly, there’s gold in being fired.

Sometimes we get worn out.

I can’t explain how I feel now.

It’s been about three months and I’ve not made any post. So terrible.

I’ve been trying to do other things. So heavy. I started a project recently to have an online event for African Teenagers and we’re expecting global leaders to be part of it.

My team members have been working tirelessly to make sure we get a good result from it.

However, I’ve not forgotten my base here. As soon as possible, I’ll get back and we get rolling again.

Thank you for always checking to see new updates. I’m grateful. And there’s a lot I’ve learnt as it concerns building a personal brand as an employee.

2020 is going to be good if you take risk that’s beyond you.

Do something crazy. But let it be in line with your vision.

The least you’ll get is that you’ll learn and keep moving.
